Hurriedly walking over (but taking care not to run), she keeps her eyes on the creatures, however they seem to be curious about them more than anything, maintaining their distance without any signs of hostility or alarm.]

[Who's to say for sure, though? Just because she hasn't seen them move fast, that doesn't mean they can't suddenly come clambering towards them on their long limbs! They don't appear to have teeth, just a short trunk at the bottom of their oddly vertical body, but who knows if they mightn't work like regular spiders do and inject poison that turn their victim's insides into easily slurpable goop? (Sunny would likely be grateful that she kept that particular mental image a private thought...)]
Let's head back to the houses, but slowly.
