The second-in-command in question nods agreeably enough, because that makes sense to him. Sometimes one needs to hang out in a different place and position to enjoy the different perspectives it gives them! And if there's any stress or distress on Hanako's part right now, dissipating in the process of view-admiring, well... that's nothing to push about without very good cause.
